Once you have completed your order, we aim to dispatch your package as quickly as possible. Our delivery charges are based on the weight of your order and its destination. Full details are listed below.
Please note that we cannot deliver to PO Box addresses.
Orders containing multiple items will be dispatched together in one package. If your order includes a pre-order item, the entire order will be dispatched once the pre-order item is available. The estimated dispatch date will be based on the item with the latest availability date.
If you would prefer your available items to be dispatched sooner, please place pre-order items as separate orders.
Duties & Taxes
Orders delivered outside the UK may be subject to customs fees, including local taxes, duties and processing charges. These fees are not included in our delivery charges.
Customs requirements vary by country, so we recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order.
If you refuse to pay customs fees when your order arrives, the shipment may be returned to us. In these circumstances, we may be charged customs fees and return delivery costs. We therefore cannot refund customs fees, delivery charges or the cost of an order where the applicable customs fees have been refused.
Aardman Battersea Store cannot estimate customs processing times or charges. Customs processing may delay the delivery of your order.
If your order has not arrived within a reasonable period, please contact your local customs office to check whether the package is being held pending payment. Some customs offices may issue a separate invoice several weeks after your order has been delivered.

Pre-orders
Pre-order with confidence, knowing you are buying from the official Aardman Battersea Store.
If you place and pay for a pre-order, your item will be dispatched as soon as it becomes available. Please be aware that unforeseen production issues may occasionally affect the estimated availability dates of pre-order items.
If your order also contains products that are currently available, please place a separate order for those products. Otherwise, your complete order will be dispatched once every item is in stock.
